Cherry Pie Cannabis Strain to Relieve Stress & Anxiety

Hybrid Cultivar, Product Review

[Durban Poison x Grand Daddy Purple][60% Indica]

Sometimes my first experience with a strain is in back genetics, that is how I first met Cherry Pie. I noticed that the strain was a back genetic in Girl Scout Cookies which I absolutely love. So when I finally had the opportunity to medicate with Cherry Pie herself I was so dang excited. Bay Area growers restructured the classic Cherry Kush to create this relaxing and uplifting hybrid strain that is taking the medical states by storm. The strain can be found at different dispensaries in Arizona and is worthwhile for anyone with chronic pain, insomnia or severe anxiety. This isn’t a super heavy strain so don’t worry beginners, you can enjoy this medication too.

How Does It Hit the Senses?

Bud structure of Cherry Pie is bulbous and more rounded than other more spear or pine tree shaped nuggets. It is so blanketed in trichomes that the color appears almost light green with tinges of deep reddish purple. These trichomes that are found generously coated across the bud make each nugget super sticky, you’ll gum up a cheap grinder with this one. In the smell there is a rich blackberry sweetness that is only complimented by a bright saffron that combines to push forth an almost minty aroma. Real Cherry Pie will have a hint of Thin Mints in both the flavor and the taste of the smoke.

What are the Effects?

Medicinal effects will begin to take hold anywhere from 3-10 minutes after inhalation. Effects begin in the ocular region and immediately take hold in the mind where you’ll feel an immense need to just let go. Cherry Pie will have you feeling uplifted and ready to take on the day, no matter what it entails. There will be some minor pain relief as the effects slowly loosen up the intricate muscles surrounding the spine. Manage both stress and anxiety with an extremely alert and active mind for the first couple of hours after medicating. There is a bit of an Indica couch lock that creeps in as the bud begins to wear off, beware of those overwhlemingly lethargic feelings.

Top 10 Cannabis Hybrids for Daytime Pain Relief

Cannabis, Hybrid Cultivar, Product Review

Cannabis is such a powerful medicine, especially when it comes to relieving pain and inflammation. It is proven that the right cannabis strains can remove pain, unfortunately a lot of those strains can cause lethargy and even some semi-narcoleptic sleeping habits. There are some key strains for those dealing with all day muscle or joint pain. Everyone is different so not every strain on this list will be pain relieving for you or available for your mind during the day.

That is precisely why I artfully crafted 10 of the hybrid strains that do the job for me, but I hope that you try them after a day’s work your first time in order to assess their specific effects on you. Also, each batch of a strain is different. For example, sometimes a batch of Blueberry Cough comes out that just blows my mind and makes my brain flip backwards. For that reason please always try a new strain out when you have nothing to do for an hour or so and can just settle into the effects that it may have.

With a proper knowledge of these strains it is possible that those on heavy pain management systems can cut their opiod intake and live off of natural products. This will drastically improve your healthy and help you feel more… yourself. If challenging a strict pain management pill regimen is a goal of yours I’d also recommend CBD tincture supplements along with medicating with cannabis through other methods.

This beautiful little strain was originally grown in Santa Cruz and was one of the first hybrids that I had ever heard about that was about 50/50. Now with epic hydro grows everywhere this strain can be up to 80% Sativa, it all depends on the grow/er. What I love about Blue Dream is that it helps you maintain focus while also dissipating muscle tension and joint pain. The strain will grow in pointy little pine trees that are bright green with undertones of blues. It is a great fit for anyone suffering with pain all day but can’t handle Indica strains at all with out feeling lethargic.

  • God’s Gift [GDP x OG Kush]

I can never find God’s Gift anymore but oh jeez, this was truly named correctly. The combination of Grand Daddy Purple’s legendary pain relieving power and OG Kush’s mellow sativa dominant, airy joy is utterly divine. Enjoy feeling lifted mentally so that the psychosomatic pain is no worry, original OG Kush can create a complete void of anxiety. Layered on top of that wonderful effect is the knockout power of GDP which can make a patient fall asleep but in the case of God’s Gift it won’t because of the back genetics of OG. Definitely try this strain at home in a comfortable setting before trying to function at work, after all effects can all be different.

With the back genetics of White Widow and Haze you wouldn’t think that Moby would deliver the kind of pain relief, but it most certainly does. I think some of the relief from chronic aches and pains in this strain in psycho semantic from all of the happy joy that comes bubbling off of you after medicating with Moby Dick cannabis. It is ideal for those dealing with anxiety and/or depression. The most fabulous of side effects is thanks to the high CBD content. While making you feel so genuinely happy to be alive, Moby Dick will also relieve pain and make your body feel bright and airy. The perfect strain for when you’re dealing with menstrual pain, PMS and cramps.

I hadn’t ever seen this cannabis hybrid until I came to Arizona, when I met her it was love at first sight. A grower that worked at the dispensary I was hired at had created the strain from two seeds. Blueberry Cough ellipses the mind in a decadent layered high, it is truly rich in flavor and it dissipates pain on even the worst of days for me. The Strawberry Cough genetic keeps you just shy of a full on Indica Blueberry brain and just cognitive enough to keep it together during the work day. Blueberry Cough rides the line of the epic pain relief hybrid that is both stimulating and relaxing, like a cup of lavender peppermint tea.

After the famous movie this is a much sought after strain, and I think the movie depicted the devil may care attitude that Pineapple Express most certainly will evoke. Train wreck keeps the mind right, active and alert; perfect for work. Hawaiian genetics are what relieve the pain, together they make what was once an all out painful day livable. Still feel motivated and ready to get some stuff done but no longer worry about those tight shoulders or that ankle that has been hurting lately.

  • Cookie Monster [OG Kush x Girl Scout Cookies]

Omnomnomnom. I haven’t had any Cookie Monster since I moved from the Bay in 2013 but I can seriously remember it like it was yesterday. Oh jeez, it is delightful. The buds are big, beautiful balls of joy that smell like a cookie baked just for you by mother earth herself. This is definitely one of the heavier ones on the list, the Indica of the two back genetics is far stronger than the sativa. What is so noteworthy about Cookie Monster is the complete body buzz and muscle tension relief that is imminent when medicating with it. As a high tolerance patient I was able to medicate with this one during the day but that is not the case for everyone, always test new strains out in the comfort of your home.

  • Harlequin [Colombian Gold x Thai x Swiss Sativa]

Harlequin is a very special strain because it’s a CBD rich option that has very little to no THC. That means that there is no psychoactive effect, in fact you’ll barely feel “high”. You will, however, have an amazing release from inflammation which will create substantial pain relief. With these strains, you could take an entire joint to the face and not have any brain jumbling or lethargy. If you do want a small bit of psychoactive effects I’d suggest topping a bowl with some kief or hash. When you first medicate with Harlequin it will be more obvious when the effects wear off than when they take effect. Be patient and observant, CBD strains are the most medicinal of all cannabis to the mainstream. They’re the gateway to legalization so it’s time to get on board.

Enjoy Pineapple Queen on those days that you just simply can’t, just. can. not. It hits heavy and takes the  edge off of what otherwise would have been a tense day. On the hybrid spectrum PineQueen is a bit more Indica dominant so it’s another that can be too heavy for some during the day. Bliss and relief overcome you after medicating with the earthy sweet cannabis hybrid. It is also an ideal strain for the connoisseur because generally buds grow dense and just packed with trichomes. Pineapple Queen is one of my favorites and most of that is due to the release that it gives my muscles and joints.

  • Cataract Kush [LA Confidential x OG Kush]

One of those strains that is named for the ailments that it cures, Cataract Kush gives just that, release from the inflammation that makes cataracts such a pain. Similarly it releases all inflammation and makes your arms and legs feel as if they’re floating on air. It won’t be the most showy bud but Cataract Kush will deliver the most delightful effect, even when it isn’t cured properly. Don’t worry about being too overwhelmed, Cataract is a gentle strain and won’t overwhelm even a newb patient.

  • Sour Kush / Headband [OG Kush x Sour Diesel]

Last but not least, Sour Kush also known as Headband. I’d call this the most controversial on the list because when I’ve had the strain known as Sour Kush it relieves my pain while keeping my mind sharp. But when I have had Headband I always feel a big out of control with my anxiety and mouth with no pain relief, much like a full Sativa makes me feel. Maybe it is simply the power of suggestion, I”m not sure, either way it is worth a try. Sour Kush pulls my energy down from my shoulders to mellow my entire body, amazing. Sour Diesel genetics allow the medication to bring a clear mind while relieving pain.

What Do I Do With My Stems?

Product Review

I’ve always saved my stems. I don’t know why, it’s just something that I’ve always done. It is quite rare that I actually do anything with them. Once in college we filled a bottle of vodka slowly with our stems until 420 and then brought it to Hippy Hill to share. Aside from that one time, I usually save them and then throw them away once I’m moving, but now I’m all about using every morsel and stems are included in that.

On my other blog I post a lot of herbal blends that I love for intentional cups of tea. I had a recent epiphany, why am I not making tea with my stems. After a smidgen of internet research I’ve found that of course stoners have tried to smoke their stems and they did in fact get those desperate brothers in arms medicated. However, this mode can give you a pretty fat headache.

Instead I would suggest putting those same seemingly unnecessary things that are always stuck in your knit sweaters right into a tea ball. I’ve found that the high from stem tea is very body oriented and should be avoided in the morning or for anyone super susceptible to Indica effects. Mix your stems into a tea ball with other relaxation herbs like: kava, lavender and valerian. Enjoy a glass of tea before bed for relief from insomnia or after work for some extra pain relief.  Only 5-7 stems is necessary for a medicated glass, enjoy using every last morsel you beautiful bots!

The Origins of Carajuana

Lifestyle

I’ve been writing on this blog for awhile and it was all under the assumption that I was giving people instruction on how to utilize cannabis as a medicine. But recently it was called to my attention that not everyone automatically assumes that’s the case. In honor of 420 I thought that I would share with the interwebs exactly what cannabis as medicine means to me. In high school and even my first year of college, smoking weed was a recreational thing. I use that vernacular because cannabis is medicine, weed is a party drug; shifting the perspective starts with specification of vernacular. Anyways, it wasn’t until I quit college soccer and started medicating my severe depression and mild anxiety with binge alcoholism that I began to search elsewhere for a means of medicating this internal pain.

I was drinking quite a lot of vodka every single night until I threw up or passed out with the spins. I had sallow, yellowed and broken out skin and never had good digestive tendencies; everything hurt. A therapist had told me to take anti-depressants but I was REALLY on the fence about messing with my body chemistry like that. My roommate at the time was a medical cannabis patient in California and drew me into her world of cannabis. Going into a dispensary for the first time opened my eyes to the different strains, edibles and hashes that existed in the world. I was enthralled that the right cannabis strain or product could remove my depression and anxiety while also not making me barf my brains out and feel like shit. It seemed silly that the whole world wasn’t hip to the jive of this beautiful plant. Around this time I also started practicing yoga and I found that the combination of the two was pretty legendary. Right then and there I set a goal to make it a priority in my life to share with other people that they can overcome their severe depression with the right combination of different holistic methods. You don’t always have to medicate yourself and remove the color and vibrancy from your life, take a different step first.

After about 5 years medicating I was called up to the big leagues. That means that I got a job at one of the hippest cannabis dispensaries in San Francisco city. I felt on top of the world and I immediately decided that I needed to be a sponge. That I now had the opportunity to learn from the source of retail and come into contact with all aspects of the medical cannabis industry. Since the industry wasn’t very researched yet, I think that the most important and educational experiences for me in the dispensary scene were conversations with my fellow budtenders (now consultants.) With out research most of the knowledge was gathered from field work, meaning that we all talked about strains and their effects and learned about these things from each other. Flash forward and I’ve now worked at 4 dispensaries in 2 states and have used my little brain sponge to gather so much valuable & reliable information. With all of these little tips and tricks I plan to keep myself and my family as healthy as possible, and I also hope to post information here as a means to share my passion for natural health and wellness with all of you. Happy 420 to all of you beautiful human beings, please remember that cannabis is medicine and use this holiday for the greater good! If you’re at Hippy Hill give a cop a Highhh five and then shout “CARAAAJUAANNNAA” and run away for me.

Partners in Healing: Massage + Cannabis

Lifestyle

I spent a lot of time sore as all get out growing up because I was competing in sports at a pretty competitive level. My bones also hurt all the time to which my mom would always reply that I had growing pains and tell me to drink more water. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized a couple of things, first off that my mom was right and those truly were growing pains and I could probably always use more water. Secondly I learned that the medicating with cannabis can help receptors in the endocannabinoid system (which spreads through our entire bodies all the way to our skin cells) to relieve pain, water wasn’t the only answer. It is common knowledge that massage is an effective way to relieve pain, but combining cannabis products directly with massage and body work hasn’t been talked about enough. These symbiotic modes of pain relief work together to heighten the healing abilities of each holistic healing tool.

  • Relax the muscles

Sometimes while getting body work done it can be hard to let go. The bodyworker is generally trying to find the tension and work it through your body, but the tension sometimes fights back. This is probably due in part to pain sometimes being connected to emotional trauma. At times the body will tense itself to avoid it’s ability to release tension, cannabis can combat this issue and help the bodyworker get deeper. CBD and other body specific cannabinoids help muscles to release tension on their own which will create  window where the masseuse can find the real knots in your back, legs, arms, etc.

Medicating with cannabis through inhalation or micro-dosing edibles will definitely do the trick. Inhalation won’t last as long as edibles in terms of muscle relaxation but it will still work to mellow out the body if you use the proper strain. If possible, get some topical cream made with cannabis or isolated CBD for the masseuse to use. I explained all about topical cannabis salves in a previous post, if you have access to medical cannabis in your state I’d urge you to please try the stuff. Always check with a bodyworker before bringing cannabis lotion in their place of business in case they are uncomfortable with cannabis as medicine.

  • Calm the mind

This is a hard one for a lot of us, including me. My brain is like a waterfall, constantly cranking out random thoughts to make sure that my mind isn’t able to rest, always assessing every single thing that is happening within a giant radius. Well, meditation is the best way to quiet the mind, but cannabis can help with that. This is widely disputed but I’m positive that cannabis (when used properly) can work as a fabulous meditation tool. A lot of the time while I lay on a massage table my mind sprouts with thought and I miss out on all of this great healing that I could be achieving if I’d already quieted the mind before I hopped on the table. Of course a talented bodyworker will deliver a clear mind and relaxed body; but imagine the work that they could do with an already calmed individual, these results are possible with a pre-massage session or a dropper full of tincture an hour before getting on the table.

  • Tips and Warnings

First and foremost, both cannabis and massage can dehydrate you so please hydrate well with water before and after the massage. This is especially important for anyone planning to dose with any amount of edibles because they dehydrate you the most of all intake modes of medical cannabis.

Also be sure to only use a THC infused cannabis balm after discussing it with your bodyworker. It is not likely that the masseuse will have any effect from using the balm aside from more relaxed hand muscles that usual. The balm does smell very intensely like cannabis though, so the masseuse needs to know what they’re doing before they open that jar. There are CBD only pain balms that are federally 100% legal so don’t worry, there’s always an option.

Last but not least, never medicate with a strain for the first time before getting on a massage table. Only use a dose that has been measured and used before so that you already have a conscious idea of the exact effects that you’re dealing with.

Pineapple Express Cannabis Review

Hybrid Cultivar, Product Review, Sativa Cultivar

[Trainwreck x Hawaiian][Sativa Dominant Hybrid – About 70%]

One of my most favorite faeries that I’ve met in my travels through various cannabis dispensaries liked to ask everyone what their spirit fruit was. My immediate answer was that I am a pineapple, which is only partially nailed down by my love for all strains pineapple. Pineapple Express obviously became a household name after the feature film came out, but I feel like that took away from the epic value of the strain medicinally. The strong effects combine those found in both Indica and Sativa strains to weave an intricate cornucopia of healing.

How Does It Hit the Senses? Obviously there is a deliciously rich pineapple aroma that emanates from each bud. This smell becomes more complex with the layered bouquet of sweet, tropical lemon geranium with the lightest hint of vanilla almond. The dense bud structure is a bit like a fat pine tree, with a tip at the end of each bud and a thick solid base. Each bud will appear in an almost lime green that is delicately sprinkled with dark green leaves. Pistils are a goldenrod orange and grow in a uniform fashion throughout the entire nug. As far as taste goes the vapor or smoke will be all pineapple, all the time. The musky lemon flavor of train wreck only heightens the pineapple flavor from the Hawaiian genetics.

What are the Effects? Effects take their full hold in about 5-10 minutes and they do so with almost a cyclone of combined relaxation and stimulation in the mind. Feel the temples loosen and stress melt away while also titillating and invigorating the mind to a place of motivation. Tense muscles will relax familiar with the feeling of an Indica but don’t expect couch lock, munchies or de-motivating side effects. This is a Sativa that just so happens to melt away tension and stress like nobody’s business. Pineapple Express is perfect for the cannabis patient looking for daytime pain relief and anyone that is vulnerable to de-motivation when medicating.

Phantom Cookies: Medical Cannabis Strain Review

Hybrid Cultivar, Product Review

[Granddaddy Purple x Cherry Pie]

I really love this strain and covet it as a Sativa dominant counterpart to Girl Scout Cookies. There is a definitely buzzing about the brain but with some familiar Indica effects layered onto this unique and complex medication. Some strains have a specific way that they hit the mind in a physical sense, but this one just gets your dome on an all around scale. There aren’t a lot of negative things to say about Phantom Cookies, perhaps be aware that the strain can cause some anxiety in stressful work situations if it has never been used before.

How Does It Hit The Senses?

Phantom Cookies has the same familiar GSC bud structure with the addition of being delightfully sticky. The buds are almost square and extremely rock dense. They purple out just a little bit sometimes in almost a black purple hue, the nuggets are mostly kelly green with milky white trichomes draped all over buds. The aroma dabbles in a sweet, spicy and rich saffron with undertones of cardamom to create the pleasant scent of a spiced cookie.

What Are The Effects?

Immediately feel the mind buzzing and the eyes become completely aware and then release all of the tension or inflammation that they may be carrying. Relaxation will wash thoroughly over you as the strain begins to really take hold about 5 minutes after inhalation. Phantom Cookies takes hold of the body and mind to relax the entire spirit from a stressful day or before a stressful situation depending on the person medicating. Be sure to try this strain in a comfortable setting because it can create some anxiety and even confusion, making it a bad choice for any job that requires a steady mind.

Tyson OG Cannabis Strain Review

Indica Cultivar, Product Review

[Mike Tyson x OG Kush] 90% Indica

Coming out of CA to AZ I am always surprised if I see something with an OG attached to it that I haven’t heard of yet. I guess I was sleeping because Tyson OG is right up my alley. I like to get it from the dispensary because it’s almost a full Indica which falls right into my wheel house and also because something about it makes it the perfect strain for cowboyfriend while he works all day with his arthritis.

For some patients this is a great sleep aide but I turn to other strains for that. The Mike Tyson back genetics is what provides the knock out Indica properties but in my opinion the OG Kush influence gives the strain a bit of an upswing which makes it a fantastic daytime pain relief strain and simultaneously the perfect strain for unwinding in the evening.

Tyson OG.jpg

How Does It Hit The Senses?

The nuggets grow in a frosted light green hue with light brown hairs distributed throughout. Their structure should be conical and the buds will be tightly bound and dense. It definitely features that dense bud structure of OG Kush. Inhale the light smell of parmesan cheese, seriously, parmesan. I think it’s the combination of a deeply wooded skunk aroma lightly tangled with the scent of sweet sandal wood that make it smell cheesy. On inhalation, the woodsy flavors are highlighted along with a lingering sweetness.

What Are The Effects?

Immediately after inhalation Tyson OG hits the eyes first before slowly overtaking the mind, melting away any anxiety from the realm of conscious thought. Next you’ll feel the effects flow down through the neck and shoulders relieving any tense muscles that may exist in the body. Aches and pains will just dissolve with out a second thought. Let the mind wander away. In the long run the mind is floating both in a physical sense and in a meaning that it’s hard to stay on task at first. As soon as the mind decides to snap back into reality the ride is mellow with Tyson, you’ll be comfortable and relaxed. This is a great strain for the manual laborer that deals with arthritis (like cowboyfriend) or anyone who works a tense job and needs serious help to unwind after work.

WARNING: As always I’d recommend trying a strain at home in a comfortable setting when there isn’t anything left to do that day before ever trying it during the day or while trying to work. This will ensure that you understand how YOUR system responds to Tyson OG.

Cannabis & Yoga: A Match Made in Heaven

Lifestyle

There is a longstanding tradition of assuming that stoners are lazy, fat, and have a bag of Cheetos permanently attached to their hand. But this isn’t the case… all the time. There was actually a study done at the University of Nebraska that showed pot smokers to have a smaller waist circumference than those who have never smoked marijuana. With this in mind and due to the fact that I always rip a huge bowl before I go outside to practice yoga I thought that the world should know, cannabis paired with yoga practice can heal ailments.

When I was about 19 I had first started binge drinking and fell into a serious depression. I cried all the time and drank a fifth of vodka every 2 days. My skin was sallow and broken out in acne and most of all my heart was absolutely empty. I had always smoked cannabis but mostly as a party tool, something used to have fun or make me want to eat a ton of pizza. At this age I went to the doctor and got my first cannabis card, a piece of paper with a little metal seal that granted me access to all of the medical cannabis dispensaries in California, which was like Disneyland for a 19 year old in San Francisco.

Screen Shot 2016-03-11 at 8.22.27 AM.png

@carajuanabends

Going into dispensaries, seeing & smelling different strains, actually knowing what I was smoking; these things all helped me to realize that cannabis is a powerful medicine for the body and mind. Amidst this period in time I also started practicing yoga from Kate Potter’s Namaste series for FitTV as a mode of exercise since I had just quit the college soccer team and was starting to flab up. I noticed that together, yoga and cannabis were helping to brighten my life and dissipate my chronic depression. When all the psychologist wanted to do was prescribe me a pill that would strip the vivacious spirit within me along with my sadness, I could use this plant that grew from Earth and a sequential movement of my body instead. My practice slowly became less about being fit and more about finding a space of nothingness in my mind with which to heal it. Combining these two metaphysical tools built a foundation of health in my mind, body and spirit that was unmatchable at the time in my life to any personal realization.

This post has evolved, I had meant to make a case for medicating before practicing yoga. But instead I have remembered a goal that I set for myself back at 20 when I grew and started on my path to spiritual awakening. People need to know that combining yoga and cannabis can quiet, calm and relax the depression, anxiety, anger ridden mind when used correctly. I call out to everyone who has trouble being happy or who suffers from irrational mood swings. Talk to your doctor about cannabis, go take a yin yoga class. These things will help, you don’t have to be alone. You’re not weird. Brains are intense and it’s often those who think and feel deeper than the average bear that end up battling mental disease. I love you, if you read all the way down thanks. Apparently I needed to let that one out. ❤

Cannabis and Your Period, Happy Women's Day!

Lifestyle

Happy National Women’s Day! In honor of Women I thought it would be a good day to post something about the benefits of cannabis in relieving aspects of “women’s troubles.” Also in a completely selfish way I woke up with absolutely the most painful cramps in my life and it wasn’t until I sat down with Mr. Bong and some Holy Grail Kush that I felt like a normal human being again. It seems that every month my woman time takes a different demonic form. This month is “Holy Deathcramps Batman!” and last month was bloat city, party of 1. Sometimes other people even breathing in oxygen makes me want to punch them in their well meaning faces. Hormones are weird. The beautiful thing about this horrible monthly ailment (aside from making baby children) is that cannabis can strip away almost all of the side effects of menstruation if used properly.

CRAMPS OF DOOM

In my attempt at explaining the pain of my own monthly cramps to cowboyfriend I settled on the perfect analogy. It is like wearing a weight belt of agony. As if my uterus was now made of rusty gears grinding against each other. Smoking can greatly relieve the pain of cramps in both the pelvic area and the lower back.

Sometimes smoking isn’t always available, perhaps you’re at work or your kids are around for the day. In these situations I recommend micro dosing edibles, it works for me every time. I just completely forget about the pain and when it comes back I count and it’s always been about 4-5 hours… that is how long an edible lasts. I do warn however, NEVER over do it. When I say micro dosing I mean anywhere from 5-10mg of medical cannabis Indica or Indica dominant hybrid. Another way to relieve cramps on the sly is to vaporize wax, it has intense effects and very little to no smell when vaped. Just remember that this doesn’t work for a lower tolerance patient.

HORMONE DEATH SPIRAL OF MEANNESS

Aside from the weight belt of agony, my period also delivers a nice dose of wanting to punch people in the face every way that I turn. Am I right? This is when I love Sativa strains, specifically Moby Dick. A Sativa dominant hybrid strain or wax will relieve all of these tense feelings. I prefer a strain that isn’t full Sativa because sometimes those strains will put me on pins and needles, only worsening the symptoms that I’m battling. Everyone is different, so have some Indica around to mellow the effects and balance you’re mind if you try a full Sativa and have the same problem. I generally turn to Sativa gummy candy micro-dosing in these situations. I guess I’m just a big fan of micro dosing edibles… so sue me. This also works really well for anyone battling depression, it lifts my spirits in the worst of times.

WARNING: Please take time to test all doses of edibles in a safe, comfortable space before attempting to dose while going about your daily life. It is important to understand how the cannabis interacts with your body before taking my word for it, we’re all different!
